In 2021, the Dan Maydan Prize in Nanoscience Research was awarded to Maksym V. Kovalenko, Professor from ETH Partner, for his contribution to the research in surface chemistry of nanocrystals and their applications in electronic and optoelectronic devices.

Recently, the work on physics of semiconductors and chemistry of solids has also brought to Jacky Even the Jean Ricard Prize from the SFP in 2022. Jacky Even from the CNRS Partner is currently Professor at INSA Rennes and senior member of l’Institut Universitaire de France.
